The specific process is as follows:

1. Demand Communication and Quotation: We will provide a quotation based on the customer's bill of materials and drawings (including 2D and 3D drawings, inspection regulations, and other technical information). We will also offer professional technical and process recommendations to help customers optimize their product solutions.

2. Sample Confirmation and Proofing: After the customer confirms the quotation, we will sign a sample order/contract. We will assess the sample production cycle and execute the proofing and delivery. If molds are required, the customer will bear the associated mold costs.

3. Bulk Order Signing: After the customer confirms the samples, we will sign a bulk order/contract to confirm the bulk production cycle.

4. Production and Delivery: We will strictly arrange production and delivery according to the delivery requirements specified in the order/contract. Customers are required to pay promptly according to the agreed payment terms.

5. Inspection and Payment: Upon arrival of the goods, the customer must complete inspection and payment within seven business days and make the full payment as agreed in the contract.
